Use the routines in cards32.dll: cdtInit, cdtTerm, cdtDraw, cdtDrawExtm and cdtAnimate. See the code for details.

You may not need Cards32.dll because it may already be on your system. If it's not there, copy it into your Windows\System (or WINNT\System) directory.
